ck8 Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ck8" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain ck8.run, including all products, features and services provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the ck8 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user to access ck8 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a user's account for wagering or withdrawal purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, free funds or additional benefits offered by ck8 to users through various promotions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets a user must place before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to all gambling products available on ck8, including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games.

2 User Eligibility

Use of the ck8 platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be fully met by every user:

• Users must be at least 21 years old on the date of account registration.
• Users must register in a personal capacity only — not on behalf of any third party.
• Users must not appear on any self-exclusion list or any list enforced by a relevant regulatory body.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ck8 platform is lawful under the laws of their local jurisdiction.
• ck8 reserves the right to request document verification to confirm a user's age or identity at any time.

ck8 does not accept underage users under any circumstances. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be terminated and the account balance will be forfeited and donated to a designated charitable organisation.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Holding more than one account under the same name, or using different identifying information to create additional accounts, is a serious breach of these terms.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This information includes, but is not limited to:

• Full name as shown on an official identification document (MyKad or passport)
• A valid date of birth for age verification
• An active and reachable email address
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia

Users are fully responsible for keeping their account password confidential. ck8 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to secure their own account. Any suspicious activity on an account must be reported to ck8 customer support immediately.

4 Deposits and Fund Management

ck8 accepts deposits via various approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) except crypto deposits, which will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

The following deposit conditions apply:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to the registered user.
• ck8 reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
• All transactions are protected by SSL encryption and processed through secure payment processors.
• Any fees charged by a bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the user.

5 Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.
• ck8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving withdrawals above a certain limit.
• Any outstanding wagering requirements will prevent withdrawal of bonus balances until those conditions are met.

6 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

ck8 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the conditions stated specifically for each offer. The general terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• The ck8 welcome bonus gives 150% of the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM500.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.
• First example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Second example: Deposit RM800 → Bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → Balance RM1,300 → Wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.
• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the ck8 platform and cannot be transferred.
• ck8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus suspected of being obtained through illegitimate means or manipulation.
• A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only throughout the lifetime of their account.

The ck8 VIP programme comprises five (5) tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback benefit, starting from up to 0.2% for the Bronze level up to 0.8% for the Diamond level. Progression to a higher tier is based on a member's overall wagering activity.

7 Game Rules and Wagering

All games available on the ck8 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or fair and transparent wagering systems.

• The outcome of all games is final once completed and cannot be disputed on technical grounds unless there is clear evidence of a system failure.
• ck8 is not responsible for any game outcomes affected by disruptions to a user's own internet connection.
• In the event of a genuine technical disruption, ck8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the funds to the user's account.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the valid odds for that bet unless stated otherwise.
• ck8 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly for users suspected of using manipulation strategies.

8 Prohibited Conduct

ck8 users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities, under threat of account closure and legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technical tool to access or interact with the ck8 platform.
• Registering more than one account, whether using a different name, email address, phone number or payment details.
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerabilities, system errors, or unintended bonus opportunities.
• Sharing or transferring account balances between different users in a manner that violates ck8's policies.
• Engaging in any activity related to money laundering or financing illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Taking any action intended to damage the reputation or technical operations of the ck8 platform.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

A user account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the user's own request — users may contact ck8 customer support to voluntarily close their account at any time.
• At ck8's discretion when there is a breach of these terms and conditions, particularly those relating to fraud or illegal activities.
• When a user applies for self-exclusion — ck8 supports responsible gambling and will fully honour every self-exclusion request.
• When ck8 receives instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement.

When an account is closed at the user's request and there is no breach of terms, any eligible account balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate withdrawal method, subject to the fulfilment of all applicable wagering requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

ck8 provides its online gambling platform to the best of its current technical capability. However, ck8 cannot guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or technical failures at all times.

• ck8 is not liable for any financial losses arising from technical disruptions, connection failures, or scheduled system maintenance.
• Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and take full responsibility for their own betting decisions.
• ck8 makes no guarantees regarding winnings returns or future game outcomes.
• In cases where ck8 is found liable by a competent court or tribunal, the maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ck8 takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and use of the service is processed in accordance with ck8's Privacy Policy, which is a separate document from this one.

• Users' personal information is used solely for the purposes of account management, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
• ck8 does not sell users' personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All communications and transactions are protected by industry-standard SSL encryption technology.
• Users have the right to request a copy of their personal data or to request data deletion through ck8 customer support, subject to record-keeping requirements mandated by law.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

ck8 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the ck8 website.

It is the user's responsibility to review these terms and conditions from time to time to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the ck8 platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Malay and English versions of these terms, the Malay version will serve as the primary reference for users in Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms and conditions should first be resolved through ck8's customer support channels before any further action is taken.
